tools are designed for the strapping of concrete products,
crates, lumber, metal products, palletized products as well
as other products to be unitized with steel strapping.
The
MS25 series tools are the latest in innovation specifically
designed for use with high tensile steel strapping
(of up to 156,000 psi / 1100 N/mm2)
and may also be used with regular duty strapping for much
improved durability. For use with strapping sizes from 1/2"
x .015" (13 mm x 0.38 mm) to 3/4" x .025"
(19 mm x 0.635 mm).
The
proven patented design provides much improved seal joint efficiency,
while at the same time requiring 30 to 50% less effort compared
with other tools in its category.
With
the fewest individual parts and components, less maintenance
and repair is required compared with other tools in its category.
Replacement
of parts is very simple
and it takes only a few minutes to replace the feedwheel,
gripper, knife, punch or die.
